This Rabbit Air SPA-582A BioGS HEPA Air Purifier features BioGS HEPA filtration system which is a breakthrough technology engineered and developed by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. Ranked highest in areas of quality and efficiency Rabbit Air is a new generation air purifier that eliminates all the weaknesses of conventional HEPA air purifier. The SPA-582A BioGS HEPA offers a HEPA Filter made of the most advanced Bio-Engineer fiber material which not only traps but also destroys the allergens such as pet epithelia dust mite and pollen which typically accumulate on the filters. This model also comes with a washable charcoal based activated carbon deodorization filter for the removal of odors harmful gases and chemicals. This air purifier covers up to 780 square feet and removes a wide variety of allergens and contaminants including dust pollens dander odors chemical vapors and more. It is offered in silver pearl white lime green and metallic blue colors.

I use it for dust and VOC control related to allergies, and I love it. It is really quiet and the ionization really makes a difference, much more than I expected, in the feeling of freshness in my condo. The way it fires up to eliminate smells from cooking is a bonus that I didn't expect either. I did a lot of research before making this purchase, and although this unit is not cheap (inexpensive), the good news is that it's not cheap (poorly designed or manufactured).

Great for allergies, cooking odors, animals. I mainly use my rabbit air purifier for air quality. I do move it from room to room, depending on what I am doing. I keep it in the bedroom at night. It usually runs 24 hrs. day. Very easy to operate, very quiet, easy to clean filters, love the remote & slot to keep it in.

This product is attrative to look at. It is a quiet unit and seams to be made to last. We have not used it over a long period of time, but so far it has been a great help with the California wild fire smoke we have been having, and for filtering the pollen from the pine tree's. My husband was taking alergy shots and so far he has quit taking any medication or shots. We like the fact that it's filter system does not have to be replaced so often and is more resonable that most other air filters on the market.

I have been suffering with allergies for years here in Livermore and always wanted to get an air purifier. But I instinctively knew that the "cheap" models were not going to get the job done. I finally decided to get very the best unit I could afford. After weeks of shopping for features, performance, and value, I felt the RabbitAir SPA 582A BioGS had everything I could ask for in an air purifier. The AirPurifier Superstore had the best price I could find [...] I unpacked it, read the instructions, easily inserted the filters, and put it to work in the family room/kitchen which is the largest room in our house. By the time my wife got home 3 hours later, she immediately noticed a change in the air quality in the house. My son and I were already getting relief from our allergy symtoms.After several days cleaning the common area air during the day and using it in the bedroom at night, I now just use it in the bedroom as 8 hours of clean air at night gives me the ability to get through the day without suffering.The unit is fantastic...even on "turbo" it is pretty quiet, "low" is almost undetectable, and "sleep" is silent. The air quality definately improves dramatically and very quickly. The features of the unit are all-inclusive in my opinion, and the unit looks good too. The display panel in very awesome and informative. I like the remote control as well.This is a stellar unit in all ways. Compare the features on this unit to other purifiers, along with the price (and the price of replacement filters), and you'll see why I rate it so highly.

After reading the great reviews I decided to purchase the Rabbit Air 582A Bio GS. I was going to use it mainly at night because I have difficulty breathing due to allergies and my asthma. Well, for me it didn't work. I was still stuffed up and sneezing. My boyfriend, who does not have asthma and as severe allergies as I do, likes the Rabbit Air. He likes how it filtrates the air and leaves it smelling fresher. I only recommend it because my boyfriend says it helps.

Well-designed, effective air purifier. Took 2 mins. to set-up. The best feature on this machine is its highly sensitive air monitors. It has two detectors: one for odors and one for particals. I smoke and w/in 30 seconds of "lighting up," it the machine kicks into high gear. It is still fairly quiet when the fan is running at the highest speed. Excellent quality construction; low cost filter replacements (and very infrequent).
