I have bad allergies, but wy wife just loves cats. I love my wife and we now have 3 cats. Recently I suffered a severe allergy attck and coughed so hard that I threw-up. I went into our bedroom were I had put the p1000 I had purched and with-in 1/2 hour I was fine; I just put in an order for another one. WOW what a difference!

I received my air purifier when I most needed it and it has been the most important purchase that I have had in a long time. I had been sick with allergies for several weeks and could not seem to get any better until I got the air purifier. I have my AirFree in the bedroom and really like the quiet operation and design. I think it is too soon to discern a difference in terms of air quality, but I am hopefull. If the unit lasts more than two years, I will consider the price affordable, and will consider purchasing another unit for other areas of the house.

I bought this for my mom because we found mold in her bedroom and I think it was causing her to have really bad allegies. It took over a month for it to kill the toxins in the room and for my mom to notice a difference, but now my mom doesn't have any allergies at all. No runny nose, sneezing or anything. It's been working great now for over a year. We love it because it's no maintenance. Just plug it in. It does get warm and you can feel heat from it, but nothing major.

This is a great product to use if you have issues with mold and hate constantly buying expensive HEPA filters for other air cleaners. The Airfree air purifier just needs to be plugged in. No upkeep and no filter changing. It even seems to keep my room less dusty, always a perk. Some people will probably still need a HEPA filter air cleaner with this product, but I don't. My asthma gets good control by using this product if there isn't a heavy influx of mold through an HVAC.

I'm not quite sure how this is working as I got it for my office at work. I have asthma and allergies and my office is seeming like a very "sick" place (mold was found and taken care of but I am suspicious of it growing back). I think I would really notice the benefits of a purifier if I got one at home as well. [...] It's also completely silent, compact, and no maintenance. But because I haven't notice a big difference in my general health I only gave it the 3 stars.

I think this product is good for my living conditions. My Fiance is undergoing chemo therapy so our Condo has to remain very clean. I keep it in the bedroom, and the air smells clean and we don't wake up with a stuffy nose anymore so I guess it is doing it's job. It's not like I can test the air for mold or allergens though. There is only one thing that has made me nervous! That is my 2 cats were goofing around and knocked it over. I don't think it is light weight, but it tipped easily. It gets pretty warm on the top by the light. I was just a little worried that if it happened when I wasn't home, could it start a fire?

I use this air purifier in my airconditioned office without a window at work. The air quality has definetly improved and I fall less sick then other co-workers. Also my sinuses seem to be clearer then before I bought this product.Before I had the purifier in my office, I was more tired by the end of the day, but I have to tell you, that at the same time I got the purifier I also change the light bulbs to full sprectrum bulbs.
This action has improved my health....


I will purchase more of these purifiers for my bedrooms, it's just a bit expensive for me, since I am a single mom. But considering the value, it is its price worth.
